I took a look at this one on the strength of Tragedy tha Beast’s music this year. But in truth all of these emcees can spit over this banger produced by KA Beats. Elementz Emcee, Tragedy, and Dawreck all bloody up this track with some tough lines. I am not sure where this track was lifted off of or whether or not it’s part of a larger project, but enjoy.
Single You Out: H Blanco – Blessed (prod. by Statik Selektah)
H Blanco is a new signee to Termanology’s roster. I think he’s quite impressive on this track. I know that I have heard him on some of Termanology’s past works and looking forward to what he might be doing in the future. Apparently he has a new mixtape released in conjunction with Statik Selektah. I think you guys should feel this joint.
Single You Out: Coarse Company (Tenacity & Koncept) – City Hurts (ft J57 & Natalie Andrea)
Koncept & Tenacity make up the group Coarse Company. The combination proves to be really dope. Koncept has been dropping consistently dope material for a few years now. Tenacity released a couple of dope albums this year and I will just let it be said: He was the HHD runner-up for our Artist Of The Year this year. You don’t just drop two dope albums and not get noticed.
The J57 produced song, City Hurts comes from their upcoming project, Same Page, which comes out next week. This song bodes well for the quality of the project.
Single You Out: Soul Khan – Praying for a River (prod. by J57)
At least musically, Soul Khan’s 2013 was very much under the radar. He may have only put out a couple of tracks. Praying for a River is setting the table for hopefully a more active 2014. This is the first single from his forthcoming free album, and is produced by the venerable J57. Enjoy.
Single You Out: N.B.S. – Vices (ft. Bishop Lamont)
It’s a union of coasts when N.B.S. and Bishop Lamont tag team to tackle a world of temptations with the track, Vices, off of their new album, The Smokefest. What’s your vice?

Single You Out: Sean Price & M-Phazes – Dump In The Gut
Sean Price linking with M-Phazes? Ain’t nothing wrong with that. Dump In The Gut intertwines Sean P’s signature flow and punchlines with Phazes’ blazing horns and snapping drums. However, this is just the prelude to their full length project dropping in just a couple of weeks. Land of the Crooks is dropping on December 17th. Nice surprise.
Single You Out: J.Nolan – Speed of Light
Here’s a little bit of perseverance and positivity set to a jazzy rhythm. J.Nolan collaborates with Polish producer, Tuelv for the track Speed Of Light which is part of his #DistinguishYourself music series (which I knew nothing about). But if each track is as delectable as this, I am going to have to post more of his material.
Single You Out: Jamall Bufford – Silencers (ft. Magestik Legend)
Jamall Bufford (aka Buff1) hits cruise control over the Slot-A produced track, Silencers. The track has a nice mix of synth and drums. I especially like the sharp cascading synth that occupies the verses. Bufford also has a knack for clever lyricism and flow that can change cadence at a moments notice. Definitely be on the lookout for his album, Victim Of A Modern Age.
Single You Out: SGT. Over – Better Than A Rapper (ft. Reks)
The Big Music LP hype machine is full in effect and that’s a good thing as we get yet another single from SGT. Over, this time featuring Reks. Better Than A Rapper is a shout out to all the 9 to 5ers, the overtimers, and the daily grinders. In essence, it’s giving respect to the average joe pulling his weight.
Single You Out: Skeezo – Watch Ya Step (ft. El Gant, Bekay & Dj Modesty) (Prod by Azaia)
Man, I am not going to lie. There has been so little music to be enthusiastic about over the last couple of weeks that I just didn’t feel like posting some of the rubbish that people were putting out. But leave it to my man Skeezo to set me straight with this record from his new project, Stuck In Da 90s. Joined by El Gant, Bekay, and DJ Modesty, Skeezo proceeds to air out the competition. This is a dope record.
