Skeezo is back with a new video for his track Under Pressure. This track has that purists hip hop vibe that I know you can rock out to.
Single You Out: Silent Knight – Stand Up! (prod. by !llmind)
This is the solo version of a track that originally featured multiple artists on DJ K.O.’s EMPBeTheTeam. This version is headed for Silent Knight’s Busy Is My Best Friend II. This track has all the soul in the world and add Silent Knight’s conviction, you can count this one as a winner.
CuzOH! Black – A Graphic Ending (Video)
Is CuzOH! Black jaded, cynical, or just a realist? Well, regardless, he is a very dope and highly overlooked emcee in my mind. This song is tough, as is the rest of his FREE EP. You should DL Everybody’s Favorite Cousin now!
Single You Out: Reks – Judas (prod. by Lee Bannon)
Lee Bannon laces Reks with a dark, haunting, and plodding beat. Reks uses the opportunity to air out his grievances with those snakes in the grass. Those who are prone to associate with you only to stab you in the back.
This track is the first single from Rek’s upcoming mixtape, Revolution Cocktail, which will be made available on January 22nd.
Single You Out: 7evenThirty – Where It’s At (Lee Bannon Remix)
I finally got a chance to listen to 7evenThirty’s album, Heaven’s Computer. Every track I had heard previous sounded really good and I was not disappointed with the rest of the album. For the remix treatment, Lee Bannon redresses the track. Make sure you check the album if you like what you hear!

Single You Out: Caspa Narkz – Battle Cry
Finally someone new brings me some music fit for the blog. Something that fits our mantra of keeping it raw. Now the track name, Battle Cry, is nothing new but the execution is really well done. Caspa Narkz delivers on his end with some rough yet tight lines and the chorus ties the track together nicely.

Esh & Arc – Bonafide Napoleon Complex (Video)
I found this music by virtue of The Arcitype’s work with Ruste Juxx last year. The Arcitype is quickly becoming one of my favorite producers. He’s just unique in his musical blends. This song is from his collaboration with the emcee ESH called Nightworks EP. I have heard the enitre project and it really is worth more than just a listen. Some really fresh music…
Single You Out: Reef Ali & DJ Grazzhoppa – Smut Therapy (ft. Ras Kass, M-Dot, and Cymarshall Law)
Now this made my morning! Ras Kass, M-Dot, and Cymarshall Law on the same track! That theory sounded incredibly dope in email and my expectations were realized to their fullest potential when I heard this joint. Each emcee kills it in their unique fashion while discussing the ladies’ “loose tendencies”. Reef Ali creates this nostalgic banger while DJ Grazzhoppa chops it up something excellent (like always).
The other great part about this is that I find out Reef Ali and Grazzhoppa are creating an entire project called, You Asked For It. That’s going to be dope!

Single You Out: Vstylez: Don’t Cross That Line (ft. Ruste Juxx)
It’s only fitting that on the same day, Ruste Juxx is declared our Artist Of The Year that we share yet another song he is on for 2013. I mean, lets get the year started right! This time he showcases his talent on this Vstylez banger produced by MoSS. This track serves as the lead single for Vstylez upcoming album, Masterpiece Theater. (Link provided by Kevin Nottingham)

This is a yearly musical synopsis from the fam over at Creative Juices. The crew over their has been one of my favorites for three of four years now. They are always cranking out dope jams, and this mixtape gives you a taste of more than just a few of them. Again, this is a great way to get you caught up with the crew or get put on as a fan. Obviously this is mixed by the skilled talent that is DJ Connect. They have loads of great music in store for 2013 as well. Enjoy!
