Some tracks hit a little different and become a little more personal…and more than the content, here it’s the artist himself that makes the statement. Nutso was one of the first artists I promoted through the site. He had that raw street energy with a gift for rhyme. To put it in perspective we were repping Nutso at the point he first went by the name Nutrageous. So that’s a long fucking time ago. I stacked his releases for years. He has a discography of bangers. But then music started coming through a little less frequently, and it just felt different to me. Life happens behind the music. So when I hear him release a song called, Redemption, and hear him go at it like this…it’s powerful. It literally is “redemption” and he is here to claim it. He has that energy and perspective that can ignite something big. HHD is ready for that!
