While it’s been almost eight years since Vic has dropped an official album, he has turned out a mixtape or two during that time span and still remains sharp with precise lyrical wit that keeps the listener’s brain cells moving. Loosies Collection Part 1 is just that…an assortment of songs that Vic has done in the past couple of years assembled in one mixtape and blended together by none other than DJ Mickey Knox.
And while I hope that eventually we will get something official in the way of an album from Vic, I am content to hear some new joints not heard before and excited to share them with you.
New loosie from oft supported Little Vic, this time with production from Skammadix. Still current word of his album that’s been discussed for years but every once in a while he delivers some newness to keep the name buzzing. A tenacious lyricist, no doubt.
You know when V-Zilla drops some new music because the ground starts to shake and ear drums go into a panic. This man knows nothing BUT dropping bangers! This time he has Lawrence Arnell and Skammadix lending hands.
This track is the preface to the forthcoming opus, Martyr Musick, which is due out in June!

Some albums ease a listener into the moment, while others grab you by the throat and demand your attention. Righteous Fury, the most recent album from Matt Maddox, is going to fall in the latter category. From the instant you hear the first cut. you are both engaged and threatened by what you hear. You are threatened because, from the jump, you find out that Maddox is not going to be mincing words and he will name names of those siting on the pedestals. He has thrown ‘today’s hip hop’ on it’s head and as a listener you can not remove the headphones, you become obligated to listen to this release from start to finish.
Revalation released this posse cut from his Feature Presentation project that drops tomorrow. Skammadix, the producer, makes this joint absolutely go! It’s got that uptempo BPM with some banging keys that are sure to get the a’ snappin. The lineup of Rev, JoJo Rose, B.A.M., Tribeca, Ellementt, and Punchline all proceed to do some serious work.
Here is another song off of Revalation’s Feature Presentation mixtape dropping next month. The track features Kayda Luz with neck-breaking production by the well-accomplished Skammadix. As a matter of personal opinion, this is one of Rev’s best sixteens. Enjoy.
I was just listening to Typ iLL the other day. The man has a seamless flow. After two stints in Iraq, he gives us some insight into the military life with his cut, Down Range. The production arrives courtesy, Skammadix. The song is a prelude to his FREE EP dropping later this month, entitled Basic Training.
Does a cold flow make you think of hockey? Well if it didn’t before, it may now. Nature dropping some visuals for this Skammadix produced banger. If I am not mistaken his new EP, Seasons Changed: Spring, is dropping tomorrow. (That was more of a ‘Note To Self’ right there.)

It gets to a point where I could share every song off this mixtape as a single, but why not offer you guys the full picture of what it’s all about? And at this point I am just going to say it: This mixtape is top notch. If you want fifteen tracks that knock speakers with no filler of fru-fru material, St. Fatrick’s Day is the joint you are going to want to own.
Red Eye’s album, St. Fatrick’s Day drops tomorrow and I think you should all be hyped up on this project. It’s going to be dope. I have heard three tracks from the album and each of them are excellent. Here are two more singles from the project for you to listen to.
