This track is on some Alfred Hitchcock type ish! It’s that scary. I love the little piano loop. The whole production is very cinematic. The emcees don’t disappoint either. Really great hip hop music being made right here.

It’s been a long time since I have heard some production from Will Tell and he hasn’t fallen off at all. I am not sure where this joint is to be found but you can enjoy it as a single right now.

Yogy – Mirror Mirror (Video)
Alright, finally a new artist that I hadn’t featured before that I can proudly put in today’s five posts. Yogy drops a dope and intelligent commentary over an entertaining beat with some well done visuals to boot. You can’t beat that.
If you are feeling this track, check out his album which dropped a few days ago, Kings Wear Crowns. Production wise it is reminiscent of The Luniz in the late 90s. I am listening to it now, and it’s different than what I would usually listen to, but it’s got a lot of flavor.

Single You Out: Just Putt – Kazama
Just Putt from one of my favorite crews, Dead Poets, dropped this off a couple of days ago and this was my first opportunity to check it out. It’s definitely worth the download. He has a slick flow and raw lyricism. This track is one that kinds of lulls you into a slumber only to leave you in a body bag. Smooth production…tough lyrics.

Single You Out: Blaq Poet- E.B.K.(EveryBodyKilla)
Blaq Poet is hard at work putting out banging tracks like this. Poet drops those hard rhymes while some hip hop samples are being chopped up in the background over some neck-snapping drums. This is the title track from the EP going by the same name that drops on September 25th. Be warned!
Charmingly Ghetto – No Light (Video)
This is a nice cut from Charmingly Ghetto’s latest project, Scotland Yahd. It’s smooth but will still have you nodding your head. I haven’t heard the EP, but I will be getting on that with the strength of this record.
