Not many are grinding harder than Ty Farris, right now. He’s dropping an assortment of dope projects with talented producers. Slave In The Night is off of his most recent venture with producer Machacha called, Dark Nights & D Fitteds. This one has a very dark vibe to it and is night stalking music if you get my drift. But the constant here is Farris’ command of the language, and constructing bars in death dosages. This is an artist who can flip on any assortment of production and illustrate what is means to emcee. Skanks the Rap Martyr – Legend of The Eyepatch (Video)
Whooooooo! Yep….Skanks is back with some heat again…and you are going to want to stand by the furnace and warm up because he constantly laces dope sixteens with incomparable bravado and talent. He can be your hero, or your worst nightmare depending on where you stand…I would prefer to be the former. Legend Of The Eyepatch is real and it’s coming in full force once his new album, M.O.S.T., drops…you’ve been warned.
Milano Constantine x Showbiz – Cavalli Champ (Video)
Milano Constantine and Showbiz put the rest of the world on notice as the Cavalli Champ which is the first song on their most recent project., Eating But Still Hungry. If you are familiar with these two artists body of work, I shouldn’t have to say too much here. Milano’s flow is top shelf and to date has not put out anything less than stellar, and Showbiz is a legend beatsmith. So let’s let the word “champ” ring true here.
M-Dot – No Excuses (prod. by Snowgoons) (Video)
Nobody is better equipped to talk about what it takes to make it in the game better than M-Dot. All these other artists looking at hip hop with the “fast food approach” but they weren’t prepared or equipped to take it there through hard work. And as the old adage goes…hard works always trumps talent. But with M-Dot you don’t have to split hairs there, you get to see what happens when hard work accompanies talent!

John Jigg$ x BP – The Madness (ft. A-F-R-O) (Video)
John Jigg$ and producer BP have one of the best EP’s of 2021 on their hands with the recent release of The Madness. And here we have the video single of the title track featuring, A-F-R-O. Every track on this album knocks and is consistent with what you hear here with the single. This track is fun, maniacal, sophisticated, and lyrically stacked. I also really love the neon visuals. Very well done all around.
Rikers Island Boxing School – Rifle Experts (Video)
This track has been out for a while, but I simply have to post it. Better late than never and this head simply has to be recognized. Spit Gemz and Eff Yoo combine talents to form Rikers Island Boxing School. And these guys have a vicious spit game that they are bringing to the future on this track, Rifle Experts. They are surveying the post-apocalyptic landscape of Queens in 2099. And they visit courtesy of the production of Project Porter. This is a dope track that signals a dope project is on it’s way.
Vinnie Paz – Papi Wardrobe (Video)
The prolific and timeless JMT frontman, Vinnie Paz, has yet another project on the way, seemingly adding to his mounting musical legacy. Burn Everything That Bears Your Name is the title of the album, and that is dropping on April 23rd. For this particular track, Paz, joins forces with producer extraordinaire, Stu Bangas. And they cook up a high energy joint that is sure to appease fans. Enjoy and mark the date!
Daniel Son x Cuns – No Prisoners (Video)
Daniel Son and Cuns linked up for a new EP, and this joint can be found in the line up. Daniel Son delivers a fire sixteen over this dope production that build from Karate Kid movie samples into controlled burn. These artists never disappoint, and they are not bound to start now. M-Dot – Schizoid (Video)
M-Dot gets a little crazy over this C-Lance beat, and too me it sounds like he’s having a lot of fun going maniacal. He sounds as sharp as ever flipping on the off-kilter tip. He enjoys playing with razor sharp object…bars my friends….bars.

Vino La Mano [B$F] – Gift and Curse (Official Music Video)
This song is short but it knocks hard and has that non-fiction rawness about it. B$F member Vino La Mano has me wanting to check out his new album with this joint. And that album is called…Blood And Fire…and is out now. So you all might want to check that out as well.
