So this song is a two prong success. First it serves as a reminder as to how dope The Beatnuts are. They are one of the most underrated crews in hip hop history. So many dope songs have come from The Beatnuts and they have never gotten their full due. This beat is a classic and comes from their very first EP, Intoxicated Demons.
Secondly, if there was a group who was equipped to do service to this cut, it is the Brown Bag AllStars. These guys do an incredible job of taking this classic hip hop song and give it a modern flair while still maintaining the integrity of track.

I agree, The Beatnuts represent real hip hop, but they don’t get respect from people, especially from kids, who aren’t familiar with their music. Brown Bag AllStars – dope as always!
