This is the latest installment of videos from Koncept’s Awaken album that was released late last year. It’s probably one of the more popular tracks tracks as it’s hard to go wrong with a guest verse from Royce da 5’9 and a beat from Marco Polo.
The video is a concept that has most recently been used by Ras Kass where young ladies play the roles of the hip hop artists who perform the song.
I wish I had more time to dedicate to the releases that are coming out of this camp. Their music is always dope and they are consistent to say the least. You should frankly own all of their projects. I will hopefully be able to continue to update their discography throughout the years. Koncept does not let up. He has been relentless the last two weeks. He’s dropped three singles and two videos making it hard for me to choose what cut I am feeling hte most.
