I didn’t even realize Tona had dropped and album. I guess that shows where my head has been at lately. Show Me Some Love is actually the iTunes bonus track to Carpe Diem. I don’t see it on the Amazon edition. It’s a dope track that just seems to keep the momentum rolling when it comes to Tona’s success. Production from Rich Kidd.
This track from Naturally Born Strangers (Rich Kidd x Tona x Adam Bomb) is a loosie that didn’t make their self-titled album. But this track is right up on par with the excellence that the album represents. Rich Kidd lacing the big beats and the emcees respond with some fine wordplay. If you haven’t already checked it, make sure you give the album a listen.
Naturally Born Strangers is comprised of Rich Kidd, Tona, and Adam Bomb. I was actually looking for the release of their new album a few weeks ago and could not find it for the life of me. Now I catch this video for Tie Breaker and learn that you can DL the album for free here.
This track is impeccable. The beat can almost be defined as spiritual and the verses, with the story unfolding, are just plain phenomenal. Any time a song give you the chills, you can consider that a good thing. I can’t wait to give this album a listen.
