Nomad Carlos made sure I bore witness to his new video single, Duppy Mecca featuring Falcon Outlaw and produced by Inztinktz. I am glad he made me aware. This track is tough! Inztinktz puts together a gem of a beat here. The drums get your head bobbing and our emcees provide testament as to the cost of the street life.
This is definitely something to put on repeat! New project from Nomad Carlos Blxvk Desert dropping on November 20th which is 72 hours away! Enjoy!
I am waaaaaaay behind on things but if I can’t get you ready for the Nomad Carlos and Farma Beats project, Cipher, coming out in a few days then what good am I pray tell? None. Farma impresses with a well layered soulful and jazzy production. Nomad Carlos’ voice cuts through the production distinctively making definitive ‘progress’. This project should be a highlight just like the single!
New one from Nomad Carlos off of his forthcoming album, The Nomad Carlos Project. The production from Sosa is smooth and lyrically, bars from Carlos and affiliate Inztinkz, remains sharp. Keep checking back around the Dependency for more music from Jamaica’s best hip hop artists!
Here’s a new video from The Council off of their album from last year, Nothin Else Matters. The drums knock, the sample is smooth, and the piano chops give this joint a somber, yet well executed feel. Inztinkz, Five Steez, Nomad Carlos & The Sickest Drama, all deliver distinctive bars so give this video a moment to marinate in the mindset.
Oh shit. We have featured Nomad Carlos before but let me tell say, if you didn’t remember him then, you will remember him now. L.P.H. is a quick hitting banger that will certainly have you nodding your head and anticipating his upcoming EP, Distants. That will be coming available on April 28th. In the meantime, knock this in your whip at the max level.
Nomad Carlos is repping out of Kingston, Jamaica. And he reps his city well. He rocks over this Sosa banger with ease. He has a very natural flow and style. The best way to describe it is the word….”easy”. It sounds like it comes easy to him.
This is the first single off of Carlos’ forthcoming joint…You’re Most Welcome. And a single like this certainly will get the buzz going. Check for him.
I don’t have too much information on this track and what project it might wind up on. Nor do I know too much about The Sickest Drama. But this somber, yet melodious beat from Mordecai is on point as well as the emcees lyrics and flows so it is getting posted.
