Five Steez and producer Mordecai redefine what it means to be on the smooth tip with their latest cut, Dreamer. The title of the song is pretty appropriate as the cut has a dreamscape vibe to it. You can see yourself truly zoning out on music such as this as the rhythm and flow just take you places.

Here’s a new video from The Council off of their album from last year, Nothin Else Matters. The drums knock, the sample is smooth, and the piano chops give this joint a somber, yet well executed feel. Inztinkz, Five Steez, Nomad Carlos & The Sickest Drama, all deliver distinctive bars so give this video a moment to marinate in the mindset.
The team out of Jamaica, The Council, links up with Tha God Fahim for a dark banger off of their forthcoming album, Nothing Else Matters. These guys have some serious lyricism that has a lot of depth to it. There’s nothing superficial about it.
I don’t have too much information on this track and what project it might wind up on. Nor do I know too much about The Sickest Drama. But this somber, yet melodious beat from Mordecai is on point as well as the emcees lyrics and flows so it is getting posted.
