Spit Gemz just keeps on stacking wins with each release! Every time I think we hit the pinnacle, he hits you with something next level and the ceiling shifts. Not only does he deliver an incredible sixteen here but I look to see who produced this track because the beat is outrageous…and who do we see? Gemz. Gemz laced one of the illest beats so far this year! And on top of all that he brought along some very talented friends to lace some guest bars. Skrewtape, Dango Forlaine, and Doza The Drumdealer each with unique styles each deliver Grade A bars. This is one of my favorites.

Single You Out: The 17th Cipher – The Myers Effect (ft. Spit Gemz, D. Goynz, Mar & Doza The Drum Dealer)

The 17th Cipher has been doing work in the month of October and I really didn’t want their “other” release to go unnoticed, because this Halloween project, The Myers Effect, is really dope. The highlight for me is the title track which features wordsmiths Spit Gemz, D. Goynz, Mar, and Doza The Drumdealer (who also produces the joint). This joint is tough all the way around should strike fear into the hearts of the suckas. But I really want to highlight someone on here that I really knew nothing about before hearing this track…third verse…Mar. That sixteen had me checking for his discography. Pay close attention.
