Tight cover for this single. I really wish Breaking Point would drop or had a concrete release date. Emilio just keeps bringing gem after gem to the table. In terms of intensity and emotion, I don’t think anyone puts more behind his bars than Emilio Rojas.
Well, if this song didn’t make the Breaking Point, then I know we are in for an excellent album, because this song is damn good. Emilio Rojas has a lot of intensity and fire which, as a fan, I love to see.
One of my favorite emcees reppin’ the West Coast. Locksmith has that unique blend of ill lyricism, keen observation, and edginess. He reminds me a little bit of Ras Kass on how he appeals to a very diverse audience. Breaking Point comes off of his Free EP, I AM LOCK, which you can download here.
