Single You Out: Stu Bangas & Recognize Ali – Gorillas (ft. Lord Goat x Born Unique)

Stu Bangas and Recognize Ali are linking up for another Guerilla Dynasty project, and that means there’s going to be blood on the way. When these guys connect it’s always problem, and for the track Guerillas they team up with hitters, Lord Goat and Born Unique. Each delivers a thump in the night to those listening. Nobody does “ominous” like Stu Bangas. He’s just mastered a sinister sound.

Guerilla Dynasty 3 drops on March 14th.

Murderers’ Row – Something Outta Nothing (Video)

“Mobbin’…Stealin’…Grindin’…Hustlin’…This is how gonna make something outta nothing”

This is the gutter anthem from the team known as Murderers’ Row backed by the hard hitting production you have come to expect from the Snowgoons. Outerspace, Reef The Lost Cause, and King Syze. This joint is tough as is the whole project, so if you haven’t picked that up, make sure you support and play to your heart’s content.

Single You Out: John Jigg$ & Butterknife Haircuts – Vladimir

New music from John Jigg$! An unexpected surprise! This time he is connecting with producer, Butterknife Haircuts for the project Teflonious Monk. The project is eclectic, with producer keeping you on your toes with the soundscapes, but Jigg$ always consistent with his pen and flow. I decided to hit you with the track, Vladimir. The electric bass line, the drums, and the way he puts the ‘Vladimir’ in the cut is really dope. And Jigg$ annihilates these verese.

Tabinstereo x Anitek – Captain’s Log (Video)

Wow. This is one of the BEST videos I have seen. Period. The creativity in this is profound. Tabinstereo and Anitek are taking a “spaced out” approach to the single, Captain’s Log. Insterting their own likeness in a replica Star Trek episode with iconic characters is genius. Not to mention the skill level displayed on both the mic and the boards is beyond exceptional. I am used to Tabinstereo lacing the beats, and having someone else on the vocals. But here the tables are turned brilliantly showcasing Tab juxtaposing words and ideas while Anitek shows off his artistic abilities as producer. This is off their album, Indigo Immaculate. I am copping now.
