We’ve got an uptempo and high octane single to share today from UNiK-StYleZ with whom I have some familiarity and may have a project or two in the library. Really high on Pro Dillinger’s music. His album, Pray For My Prey, was one of my favorite projects from 2021. And he and The Umbrella continue to rain down dope joint after dope joint. On this track here, you have D.V. Alias Khryst joining forces and not only supplying a dope hook (as per usual) but dropping a tight sixteen as well. The two compliment each other nicely over a beat from JP the Producer.
Here’s ANOTHER joint that I missed out on back in September. I have seriously been slacking but I am present in the here and now showcasing some illness from the revered Chase Moore and incredibly talented, Fredo Algebra. Production of course comes from more and he makes that beat cry. I love the samples and the somber tones as the emcees welcome the smoke from the competition. Tough track.

Just stumbled across this illness from an artist by the name of Vicasso, and it’s impressive enough to share with you. The production is so smooth and jazzy, and Vicasso puts wordplay and intelligence on full display for all to hear. He’s dropping biblical references, historical references, along with slick talk. It takes alot to impress me when it comes to new artists (to me) gracing these pages, but this was really strong.
Definitely going to check out his album from late last year, Please Don’t Sue Me. Seems like I was missing out. And as always, shout out to Paka The Plug for giving folks that outlet!
Really wanted to share this project from producer, Faf, entitled The Haymaker. It’s a really dope project that I stumbled across and listened to today. I strongly encourage you all to do the same. In order to prompt that listening pleasure, I am showcasing this joint he did with Planet Asia which is that necessary weekend fire. New music from K-Hill who we don’t hear from all that often, but is both seasoned and talented emcee that we have featured before. The self-produced track has a very “Pete Rock-esque” vibe to it with jazzy horns and a melodic tone. Hill is joined by emcees, Chant and V8ga for some slick rhymes over this smooth beat. Enjoy.
Alright, I know you have heard this new joint from Conway featuring the team Benny The Butcher and Westside Gunn, but it bears a post, because it is on some extended play dope. This production from Daringer is crazy and film scorable, which lets our emcees bring it to a cinematic scale.

Waterr is a fan favorite here on HHD, and he crafts yet another piece of beautiful music, with his collaboration with Tone Beatz on the track Saviour’s Day, and the album Order Of The Day: Return Of The Cherry Tree. This song, and the album as a whole has a very “jazz club” vibe to it. Like Waterr is sitting by Tone Beatz piano in a smoke filled room and dropping these life bars on you.
New music from Midaz The Beast, and this time backed by the strength of Sherm Larock of whom I am a big fan. This joint is a straight banger, and being that it’s been out for a few weeks, you are all missing out. LaRock has got those drums, bells, and an ominous “war” vocal sample, while Midaz has razor sharp bars to sever heads. This is one of my favorite joints so far in this early year.
