I’ve been meaning to share this video from Dro Pesci. The dude is nice with his and doesn’t get enough credit for the skill he possesses. Harsh Reality has that grimy flavor but features Pesci’s smooth delivery.

Psalms 76 is one of my favorite tracks, if not the favorite, off of Venomous2000 and Trilian’s new album, Sounds Of The Great Ones. This is track is about bars in relentless abundance from Venomous over a high octane banger from Trilian. There is a method and a message to the music…just listen up and catch it. And definitely make sure you check this album. It’s not going to be one to pass on.
Some new ill from Spit Gemz is a sight for sore eyes, and when you couple his high level of skill with a guest verse from the gawd Chino XL shit just becomes sublime. Stu Bangas laces the production and the emcees unleash salvo after salvo of heat. It’s honestly a lot of dope to take in for one cut.
I can’t wait for the project.
It’s been a while since I have heard from Fatal Lucciano, but I really love the music he had put out a few years ago, and I am glad to hear this new tune. Not many are going to comprehend what Lucciano is speaking on because when he speaks the truth, peeps will prolly just stop and stare.
I think he has a new project dropping and I will let you know a little more about it when I have more information.
The team out of Jamaica, The Council, links up with Tha God Fahim for a dark banger off of their forthcoming album, Nothing Else Matters. These guys have some serious lyricism that has a lot of depth to it. There’s nothing superficial about it.
Here’s a single from DJ Rybe’s recently released album, Channel Zero. Power Bars features Planet Asia and Agallah on the mic ripping up a production from Rybe that features heavy synth and a sort of shrouded mystique.

Apparently Low Cut has got a new album dropping on March 17th entitled, Dead End. You know that’s going to have some fire!
Nobody is setting this party off like Ren Thomas off his new track, Lifted Up, featuring fellow emcee Tab. It’s all about the good times and relaxing on this joint but let me tell you that this track is just the tip of the iceberg, because his album, I Been Nice, is a BEAST PROJECT. There are so many good songs on that album, that is a must have for 2017. Check it!
Styliztik Jones just dropped his album, A Thousand Words, and it really is a work of art. Instead of making a great hip hop album, Jones, really just made a great ALBUM period that transcends all genre. It’s musically graceful and interesting, while the lyricism is engaging and interesting. Check out the video for Pangea for a small taste in what the album has to offer.
Ullnevano is one of those emcees whom I believe does not get the credit he is due. A few years ago he dropped a project with Logic Marselis that just oozed with dopeness, entitled The Protocol. Now he is back with a new project accompanied by the production of Illen Rosewell that again rises to the talent level of our emcee. Rosewell does a sensational job utilizing samples and dropping some soul into the music. I strongly suggest you check the project! For now…check the last cut from the EP, 12’s over the wire.
