Stand out cut from Kyo Itachi’s latest album, Rest In Power, featuring hip-hop veterans D.V. Alias Khryst and Lord Have Mercy. This is one of my favorite joints from the album. I love when these two unique voices link up on a song.
Single You Out: Max Julian – Bulletproof Backpacks (ft. Conway x King Magnetic)

Producer Max Julian puts a little soul into this track, Bulletproof Backpacks, that features some gully bars from Conway and King Magnetic. The Machine and Magnetic prove to be a great combo over this production from Julian. Good music right here!
Single You Out: Daniel Son x Asun Eastwood – Underbelly

This is quite the combo right here with Daniel Son and Asun Eastwood rocking over production from Futurewave. You’ve got some edgy bars from the emcees , and the production matches that edge with some engaging boom-bap. This is the squad right here.
Single You Out: Buck-N-Nice – EMAG

Here’s some real dope that I had to share from Buck-N-Nice’s new album by the same title, EMAG. This track will be stuck in my mind throughout the year as one of the best I have heard. I love the beat, and the way these verses are drawn up is quite memorable.
Nino Bless – V-Mask Day (Video)
Nino Bless throws the establishment under the bus, and orthodoxy to the wind with his new V-Mask Way. Bless has had enough of how the business of politics has been handled, and he’s taking matters into his own hands visually and lyrically.
His rhyme schemes are a problem! Unique and thought-provoking content with a delivery unlike any other.
You can find this track on his new album, Illuminati Reject 2.
Nujericans – Priceless Flow (Video)
Here’s a video single for Priceless Flow, off of Nujerican’s ( Sol Zalez x Joey Dynomite) new project, A La Mala. The joint properly illustrates the skill level of the emcees over some uptempo production from group’s very own Joey Dynomite.
I have copped the project but have not given it an entire listen yet, but look forward to doing so.
Single You Out: Eto – Gustavo (ft. Crimeapple x Smoovth)

I am really now just getting up on Eto and what he is bringing to the table. I heard him murk a few features and thought I needed to get up on his projects. I saw this new EP with producer Flu entitled, Motion Picture. And this is the track that they are all talking about. It’s some back alley, watch your back music going on right here with this beat and the features from Crimeapple and Smoovth.
I am going to have to go through his back catalogue now!
Single You Out: Soulslicers – Money (ft. Ricky Bats)

Souslicers new project, The Black Album, is out now and it goes 26 tracks long and is laced with all the things that make hip hop great. The production team has always crafted some stand out joints over the course of their career, and on this project, you get a great mix of their capabilities.
My favorite track from this project, is this ruggedness featuring, Ricky Bats. You need to cop this though. There will be no regrets.
Serge Severe – The MC (2018)

Artist: Serge Severe

- No Debate
- La Voz
- Say Nothing
- Giant

- What The Sayin’
- Spat Energy

- Stay Alive
- The Vigil
Note:
Serge Severe is back in the lab making music, after a sabbatical of sorts. It’s a pleasure for all of us to see him back in the studio, doing his thing, and creating an album of this caliber. The skills and talent that made him a staple on this site for years are still evident and shine greatly on his latest release, appropriately entitled, The MC.
Heem Stogied x K-Sluggah – Back From The Dead (2018)

Artist: Heem Stogied x K-Sluggah
Album: Back From The Dead
Tracklisting:
- Polish Meth
- Nightcrawler
- My World
- Just A Reminder
- Errbody Wanna Rap
Note:
Here’s some really dope material from the combination of emcee Heem Stogied and producer K-Sluggah. All five of these songs are certified head-knockers and being that the project is free, you should have no objection to copping. But I would strongly recommend making a donation because it’s really fire!
