So I have a post with Spit Gemz today and one with Skanks but why don’t we tie them together with this cut from Eff Yoo and Rediculous’ album, The Eff Word. Chinese Super Ninjas is a dope posse cut that also includes bars from G.S. Advance.
There’s a really good mix of bars and styles on this cut, but my favorite line comes from Skanks:
…I never served time, I always made my time serve me…
Man, I like that wordplay.
Skanks and Endemic Emerald are doing their part as artists to address the brutality that is plaguing the United States currently as we hear of countless stories where police are acting indiscriminately with deadly force in the black community.
What I like about this video is that it was done with a lot of thought and the message remains prevalent throughout the music.

Man, this song is tough, and even takes on a new appeal with video. In this way you can see Spit Gemz expressions while spittin’ his ridiculous wordplay over this Junior Makhno beat.
You can find this dope cut in two places, Spit Gemz released, Godly Features, and Makhno’s recetnly released, Clandestinity. Now all we need is a fully collaborative project between the two because this track sounds so good!
I was just checking Popoff’s new project, Gutter Radio, and this song is the first cut off the project. It hits you in the face, and leaves a little bit of a sting. Heavy hitting music right here. The beat is the warning and the verses are the promise.

Oh shit! What is this coming out of Connecticut and why haven’t I heard it before! Damn. This emcee Blak Flag has an incredible flow and grimy delivery. This track is instant greatness in my book. Sherm LaRock is hooking up this banging production, and between the emcee and the producer here, I think you have a top level track for 2016.

Here are the visuals to Shaz Illyork’s single, Heatstroke, which we showcased last week. Obviously Illyork is back and primed to deliver those hard-edged lyrical bangers that he is known for. New project is on it’s way this summer. I am excited to give it a listen.
Ras Kass is getting set to release Intellectual Property: Soul On Ice 2 and this is the first cut made public from the project. I am loving this joint. I can only hope that the album carries this level of intensity. I am really feeling the production. The emcees are all spitting incredible bars and I love how the track finishes with Sticky Fingaz “will” line.
A new video single from Bishop Lamont’s, The Reformation. Back Off Me features a battle scene scenario with West Coast legend, Xzibit. And the man sounds dangerously invigorated on this cut. There are bars upon bars on this joint making the visuals and the audible really dope.
I think you guys are going to feel this. The Reformation doesn’t have an exact drop date but I expect it to have one in a few weeks as it is slated for this summer.
We got some new visuals for Planet Asia and DJ Concept’s cut, International, lifted off their collaborative project Seventy Nine.
It’s a retrospective joint that features Asia reminiscing from his earlier years grinding in the streets to the international stage that he now entertains. The track is butter-smooth, and features vocals from Marvelous Mag.
For the last video single off the Blue Collar, Fortunato, releases the most mellow and chill joint from the project, Ain’t Nobody Know. This is a track that we can just sit back and vibe to. The project as a whole is real nice, so make sure you cop and support.
