The Last Emperor & Haak Filmore – Run It (ft. RUCKER p.a.w.k & CLEVER 1 OF DA BUZE BRUVAZ) (Video)

The release of The Last Emperor and Haak Filmore’s Jungle Jim Season 1 really caught me by pleasant surprise.  While I knew the project was dropping sometime in 2018, I had no idea that it was coming last week.  I just gave it a complete listen this morning, and it’s completely DOPE!  Exceeds expectations especially for an artist that hasn’t dropped anything in a minute.

This video is pretty indicative of the quality sound you are going to get from the project as a whole.  It’s steepened in hip hop roots but remains very fresh.    The track features Da Bruze Brovaz.

Check it out and cop the album it’s a must have!

Rawmatik – Just Before The Madness (ft. Dirt Platoon x DJ Danetic) (Video)

There are very few artists who drop harder hip hop than does the Dirt Platoon.   And you place the duo on this guitar/drum driven track from Rawmatik, it’s an almost certain game over.   Music like this gets the adrenaline pumping and you can find plenty of these type of joints on Rawmatik’s latest project,  The States Vs. Rawmatik.   You absolutely need to have that album.  HHD certified!

Soulslicers – Get Finished (ft. Sparkingtin & D. Gotti) (Video)

Souslicers are back at it again and cranking out some new productions.  This particular joint has a laid back vibe to it but the rhyme from Sparkingtin are aggressive.   I missed these artists.   Sparkingtin and Souslicers were a good combination a number of years ago, and they still prove to be an ill collaborative.  D. Gotti contributes the chorus, rounding out the song.

Apparently, Soulslicers have a new album dropping soon, and I can’t wait to hear it.

Lil Fame – Say Nothin’ (Video)

It’s time for Lil Fame to drop a solo project.  The forthcoming project is called, Walk Of Fame.  I think we will all be anticipating one of the hardest projects of 2018 when the album drops, and this lead single is ample indication of just that.  I love this beat coupled with Fame’s one of a kind flow.
