This is the strongest track off of the best project of 2019. Yeah…you heard it. There’s no use in me even fronting. This is the dopes project out in my mind. Rome Streetz, Lord Juco, and Jamal Gasol engulf this track in some flame to make it a ridiculous inferno of sorts. Unique styles and venom on this Ro Data track. DJ Chong Wizard assembled some illness of infamous levels here.

Yes…this is weeks delayed but you knew I was going to share it with you guys as it is EMS material. M-Dot, Rev, and Kore jump on this uptempo Agent Dan track and get hype. This is the kind of song that gets you amped in a way that is light hearted and reminds us that hip hop can be fun. With that being said the lyricism will at times sever heads. And it doesn’t go unnoticed that Rev is hitting a new gear with his bars. I’ve always enjoyed him as emcee but he is escalating things here.

I missed out on this from several weeks ago which is a shame because I love music from Illogic. I love his perspective on life through music. This is the title track from his project by the same name with DJ Criminal, A Change In Mantra.
It’s not too late to change your path and savor life…at least that’s my take. Beautiful music.
Ruste Juxx and producer BigBob have a new collaborative offering on the way in the form of the new album, Culturally Rich. This track right here continues to give Juxx yet another dimension because he is dropping knowledge and important perspective. And he does this with a ferocity that not many can match. BigBob is able to match that intensity with some big production of his own.
At this juncture…Juxx career is epic and his message is more powerful than ever!
Slaine comes back with some angst, fire, and skill in his new track Redemption which is the first single from his forthcoming album One Day. The Arcitype does the necessary work behind the boards to craft something musically that builds with the intensity of Slaine.
The album drops on November 22nd.
Daniel Son and Futurewave continue to chef off of their last album, Yenaldooshi. We now have the video single, More Grabba, featuring Rigz and Rob Gates. If you aren’t already up on the album and the squad I just feel bad for you.

Dark Lo and Rigz drop a hot one in the form of the visual for the song, Cheat Code, off of their new project, Head Shots. They have those contrasting styles that are each individually dope, yet lend itself to great chemistry when it comes to exchanging verses.

I had been checking for Eddie Kaine ever since i had heard some of his guest spots from earlier this year on other artist’s projects. And lo and behold, he has dropped this album, ARUKU, and this joint featuring RIM is the second single. If you are feeling this joint then you might feel obliged to pick up the project. I did! Wavy Da Ghawd on the boards here.
By now the word has fully gotten out that producer extraordinaire, Pete Rock is linking up with the illustrious wordsmith Skyzoo for the project, Retropolitan. I have already put my pre-order in because this is the music legends are made of. You can tell by this first single, It’s All Good, that the chemistry and vibe is there. That will undoubtedly carry through the entire project.
