Single You Out: Megadon – Resurrection (ft. Tragedy Khadafi, Shabaam Sahdeeq and Black Smoke)
I am not sure who Megadon is but his team put together a dope video. He takes you back to the Land Of Kings on this one. It’s a dope track with a dope lineup that features Tragedy Khadafi and who else…none other than Shabaam Sahdeeq who has appeared on perhaps more tracks than anyone in 2012.
I am not sure where this joint might wind up so enjoy it while it’s fresh…

It’s trippy…trippy. Who knew that Reef The Lost Cause was dropping a project this year? I sure did not. This joint is off the new record entitled Reef The Lost Cause Is Dead. The dope production comes courtesy of Caliph-NOW. Really nice work there. Can’t wait to hear more! New record dropping on Christmas, so while my kid is unwrapping Christmas gifts…I can be DLing dope music!

N.B.S. team up with long time collaborator Blacastan, and producer Stu Bangas for this joint. N.B.S. have been going at the microphone for years and continually bring heat. It’s about time they get their due. Their new album, The Dispensary, is filled with joint this good or better so I encourage you to pick this up.
7evenThirty – Where It’s At (Video)
I am an asshole. I am an asshole for not checking out Heaven’s Computer yet, which is where you will find this track. First, I was just sleeping, but now I am an asshole because 7evenThirty has some serious fire inside his head. Top notch lyricism over this spaced out beat make this the sure shot.
Supastition – Yada Yada (prod. by Marco Polo)
I can’t tell you how excited I am to hear this new Supastition cut. It’s like he hasn’t even missed up beat since he left the game a couple of years ago. When I got wind of his ‘retirement’ I was genuinely disheartened. It was then I knew, that if we don’t support these artists, they may just disappear. I am glad he’s back though and this time he has the venerable Marco Polo behind the boards. The general message: A lot of people are claiming to be king but to Supa it all sounds like Yada Yada.
Supastition’s new project, The Blackboard EP, will be dropping on January 15th for FREE as a thank you to all those who supported him after he abruptly left the scene.
The AbSoulJah – The Real Type (Video)
The ill combination of The AbSoulJah and Soulslicers are responsible for this track and video right here. These two also happen to be two of the most underrated artists in the game. I have long been a fan of The AbSoulJah’s flow and street-centered lyricism and the Soulslicers had me hooked on their album, Boost Da Soul.
This track will be featured on two projects, The AbSouljah’s new album, Dim The Light and Soulslicers’ Slice Of Life mixtape. The AbSoulJah also put me on ot th efact that he has a Free EP dropping at the end of the year. You are going to want to stay tuned for that.
