Loving this new cut from Don Streat and producer Odeewyne. This production coupled with Streat’s intense delivery makes this cut a much listen for 2016.
I hope yo hear more from Streat this year. Very underrated emcee.
Savage Brothers – Kill Kill (ft. C-Rayz Walz & Beni-Hana) (Prod by Snowgoons)
This video from the Savage Brothers comes off of their most recent effort, Freedom Or Death. This is probably my favorite track from the album, as the Snowgoons give this cut almost a heavenly vibe while the emcees put in their dirties work on the microphone. It’s a yin and yang thing working here. A definite plus is including the legend, C-Rayz Walz, on the cut.
Single You Out: Arcitek Lordz – Rock Head
I found Arcitek Lordz through an interaction last week on Twitter. They just shot over the link to the music and I gave it a listen, and the end result is, I think you all need to listen. The production is nice and the emcees have some legitimate fire to speak. I was impressed.
Rock Head is probably the shortest cut from their project, Smoking After Dark but it proves the point of their dopeness. If you like this joint, you will like their whole project.
Single You Out: Jus Daze – Blah Blah Blah [Prod by Legenda]
I missed this new track from Jus Daze about a month ago. And I need to get this up for the masses to listen to. It’s more along the lines of promo than a true single but like most work Daze has put out…it’s potent. He’s tired of empty rhetoric and blatant lies, and he lets you know on a cut that lasts just over one minute long.
Single You Out: Jamil Honesty x Cool FD – Salute (ft. Fel Sweetenberg b/w Salute Remix (ft. Fel Sweetenberg x Ill Conscious)
The combo of Jamil Honesty and Cool FD are back at it again with a new single and a remix for that very single. This joint is a a true gem. Cool FD cooks up some production on the original that sounds so effortless. It’s smooth, soulful, and has enough knock to snap that neck back. Honesty and Sweetenberg integrate seamlessly within the rhythm and drop some crisp flows with some sick lyricism. I am particularly impressed with Honesty who sounds right at home with this beat right here.
The only thing different on the remix is the addition of a new sixteen featuring Ill Conscious. And he really does make a nice contribution with his verse.

Man, it really is hard to contemplate a hip hop world with out Praverb. As a matter of fact, I have just been avoiding thinking about it ever since he passed away over a year ago. What a great person and inspiration to so many…
But his love for music and his talent will remain a living testament to the man. EMS cohorts M-Dot and Revalation join the late Praverb for this previously unreleased joint.

John Jigg$ drops another gem for the public to digest featuring guest bars from Reks and production from Jon Glass.
Jigg$ uses ‘the reason’ as a soundscape to list his motivations for continuing his musical onslaught. As a hip hop fan, I hope he continues to find that motivation, because his music is clearly top notch.

You wanted a banger today? I got one for you from Coloasus MC & The Great Terror. I am really feeling the beat from Jumunji Beats. And the emcees don’t leave the production to waste as they each throw in some pretty intense bars.
There is supposedly a collabo album coming about from the two. I will check it. This cut is strong.
