Single You Out: E. Smitty – I Can’t Breathe (ft. Chino XL)

Any cut with Chino XL is bound to be a win.  Have you ever heard a wack bar from the man? Let me answer…no never.  Over 20 years in this game and every verse has been incomparable.

You can say the same here over this E. Smitty production.  The production provides the same level of intensity that Chino XL delivers.

I hope E. Smitty is working on an album because from what I have heard he has a great taste for beats and ear for working with the best emcees.

Single You Out: Third Sight – Trife

I know many of you may not be up on the group Third Sight, but this team has been at it on the Left Coast for well over a decade.    The unit is comprised of Roughneck Jihad, D-Styles, and Dufunk.   And while it’s never been a steady stream of releases, it’s nice to se some new music from them.

Trife is music a slow-creeper that suggests you shouldn’t wander into dark alleys for too long, less you get your body snatched.

I hope that some new music is on it’s way…who knows…maybe an album?

Single You Out: Iron Mic Sharp – HHH Pedigree

Here’s a project that I wanted to let you know about. Iron Mic Sharp is a group out of Kentucky that is comprised of Lee G and Vegas Posada. They have a new project out, entitled DJ GoldMouf Presents Starcade ’86. It’s pretty fresh, and as you can guess, it’s littered with an assortment of wrestling references. It’ also 39 tracks long but mst of them fall under two minutes. It’s a fun listen and HHH Pedigree is just an example of what to expect.
