I am really trying hard to get this end of the year material in order and hence I am not posting a whole lot. However, this is a dope song by a featured artist on HHD, UllNevaNo. This is from a project where he is rhyming all over Apollo Brown beats entitled, The Color Brown Pt. 2. As you can see from the artwork, it is dropping at the first of the year. I think you will like what you hear from this track.
This song is pretty dope. The album has some better cuts in my opinion and is definitely something you should check out. The production is one of the motivating factors for doing so.
Video for one of the cuts off of Statik Selektah’s, Population Control. It’s a dope joint all the way around though Bun B to me is the show stopper.
I have listened to The Write Off Compilations previously and they have all been really good, but I don’t know if either of the previous volumes had a song of this caliber. I am sure people are familiar with Stalley, and in truth his verse here is on the money. Some of you may not familiar with Apollo The Great, but you can tell from his 16 that he is some one to be reckoned with. These two body another stalwart beat from Falside. The whole compilation drops on December 19th!
By clicking the link below I am sending you to the Booth to rate and download. Enjoy!

In preparation for the end of the year accolades posts, this will probably be my last album review…probably. And because I am reviewing Mr. Bagwell’s, Chainsmoke, you know it has to be good or else I wouldn’t waste my breath on it. Not only, is it good, it’s outstanding.
This song is unfortunately not available for download, but it is so dope, and as a HUGE supporter of Little Vic, I thought it pertinent to post. The lyrics, the chorus, the beat, are all phenomenal. I hope you feel the same and if you are not up on Little Vic, now’s the time.
Awkword has been at this project since 2009 and will release the album in it’s entirety in 2012. All proceeds from the project will be going to the non-profit group, Guns 4 Cameras. You can find out more about the project on Awkword’s website.
But along with the good cause comes great music that I wanted to share with you. The other side of the project is that he is using producers and artists from across the globe, bringing to light production talent we have never heard before. Awkword has put out some dope material. Enjoy and support a good cause.
The media never reports on the positive effects of Hip Hop on a community. No matter. Hasan Salaam’s latest project, Music Is My Weapon, is being used to help a community in East Africa. Proceeds from the album will be sent directly to the It Takes A Village Project. And let’s not forget another important aspect of the music…it’s dope. Enjoy and support!
This is my second favorite song off the Charles Workman album and interestingly enough it is the second video dropped by MadKem. You certainly should check out the album.
This song dropped last year on The Burnerz highly acclaimed self-titled album. This song is dope and I like what they did with the visuals. It’s giving you the surreal vibe. If you did not check out the album, you need to get on that. It’s dope!
