Single You Out: Con-Man – Scary Flow
What is this…third single from Con-Man’s Bogies & Coffee? Pretty dope if you ask me. Con-Man stays underground like caskets and funeral flowers. Now that’s under as fuuuu….
December 20th the mixtape drops…check for it…
Rome Clientel – Betta Luv Em (Video)
I’m going to keep beating you in the head with this Rome Clientel music until you start believing. Everything we have been posting from Rome lately hails from his most recent project, The Empire 2: The Battlegrounds EP. So by now, I would hope everyone has downloaded that FREE joint. Keep your ears peeled..Jamie Curtis and Mike Myers…what you know about that new jacks!
Single You Out: S.GOLD – Deny (ft. LAZURUS x KING MEZ)
What’s better than a little King Mez? No doubt. A little more King Mez. This isn’t hist cut but it’s his name that drew me in. This is actually a track from Raleigh comrade S.Gold’s forthcoming album, The Storm. All in all it gets down…very laid back with spot on verses. Agent Midi on the beat.

Single You Out: M.A. Cee-Kings – Stories Out My Life
New joint shot over from a former Friday Feature participant (and ill wordsmith) M.A. Cee-Kings. The man is bringing real street narratives to distinguish from all the posers. It’s that rugged and rough flow that HHD readers have come to appreciate. I like the vocal sample in the background…sobering.
KING MEZ – Monte Carlo (Video)
King Mez brings his unique blend of lyricism, flow, and style to the video format with his single, Monte Carlo. Production is done by long time collaborator, Commissioner Gordon. You can find this track off of Mez’s latest album, My Everlasting Zeal.
Single You Out: Swerve & SYG – Love, Loss, Interlude (prod. by D-Rock)
Swerve is one of my favorite ‘break thru’ artists of 2012. If I was to have a label, without a doubt Swerve would be one of my first signees. He has such a laid back flow but with a great conversational and personal delivery. This remarkable cut is coming off his forthcoming Cold Winters & Warm Whiskey 2. Can’t wait…
Nutso – C.I.A (Video)
Where does the drug trade spawn from? You got it…just look at the title. It’s more than just an acronym. Not too many people bring their bars any more real than Nutso. Check out his latest EP, Behind These Bars.
FinaL OutlaW – Blacklisted (Video)
FinaL OutlaW is equipped to deliver one hell of an album . The Unstoppable Love is slated to drop on February 19th. So mark that on your calendar. This is a flow you just have to love…relentless and poignant. You can download the track HERE.
