Single You Out: Uncle Sam x Evill Dewer – Sleepwalking

Uncle Sam retains a special place at Hip Hop Dependency. He’s an artist that we started featuring close to our inception, and we have been able to witness the evolution of an artist over the course of his career. His collaboration with producer, Evill Dewer, shows an increased depth of sound. His flow on this track, Sleepwalking, is fused perfectly with the enchanting production from Dewer.

Check their EP, Disconnection, for a greater sampling of the sound they have created.

Big Block Silvers – Crime in the City (Video)

You want to know what the best EP of the year is thus far? Look no further than the project, Bold, from Blame One, Harry Apollo, and JonJ, also known as Big Block Silvers. This is some of the most beautiful hip hop I have heard as of late. There are six tracks, all of which are incredibly impressive. You can hear the amalgamation of dope on this track, Crime in the City, where boom bap, sound, and lyricism collide. You can not help but be impressed here. Cop this project. It is worth every penny.

Single You Out: Supreme Cerebral x Born Unique x Banish Habitual – Massacre (Prod. By Clypto)

Some new, new from producer Clypto’s (I am presuming since I can not find it yet) forthcoming project, #TheLoop. This is some rough stuff right here. The production is pretty straightforward, allowing emcees Supreme Cerebral, Born Unique, and Banish Habitual leave a wake of carnage on the track.

When I get more information on the project, I will let you know.
