The fourth best mix tape of 2010 belongs to our previously discussed, Kil Ripkin’s The Quickening Vol. 1. One of the reasons that artists put out mixtapes is to introduce themselves to new fans. The Quickening Vol. 1 does just that and puts the best foot forward in doing so. Kil Ripkin does an excellent job putting together great tracks that represent his talent both musically and intellectually. Check the previous review here.
